Interconnected

Studio Friday’s topic is “Interconnected” and in looking at my studio, I saw this woven watercolor collage I did in a class with Jacqueline Sullivan a while back. I recently finished it when I added some metal repoussage.
It’s mounted on an 8″ x 10″ canvas board and, as you can see, goes over the edges. I think that is one of the charms of this piece, because it reminds me that we are all interconnected and that there is always room to connect with more. There is always more along our paths and ahead of us.
Enough waxing poetic this morning! Now to do some more art! LOL

Love this piece, great colors and I like the way it hangs over the edges.
