I&#039;m SO SORRY about your wrist!! Glad you&#039;re on the way to healing! Over the years, one of my personal favorites for speeding such along is CLAY.  I take green (or betonite) cosmetic clay in a glass bowl, &amp; cover with water, then spread on. I made some flannel strips ~ 4&quot; wide &amp; 2&#039; long (hemmed them for massage &#039;wraps&#039;) &amp; wrap that around the clay. I&#039;ve used the tops of old socks to keep in place; you can leave it on as long as you like, rinse with water &amp; maybe soak with a warm washcloth when you&#039;re &#039;done&#039; for awhile.
I do that whenever I slightly twist an ankle, etc. &#039;The Clay Cure&#039; has a bunch of great healing storys using this simple old remedy.</description>
